Planning a meaningful trip takes time, expertise, and access. So much of the information on line is paid advertising and navigating that can be a challenge. As a Fora-affiliated travel advisor, I have access to proprietary and independent guides, honest advisor and traveler reviews and so much more. I also have access to preferred rates and exclusive perks- like room upgrades and cruise and hotel credits.
Whether you're planning a honeymoon, a milestone celebration, or simply a long-overdue escape, the process is designed to be clear, personal, and entirely tailored to you.
Share Your Vision
It begins with your inquiry. Tell me where you'd like to go, when you're thinking of traveling, and what matters most to you — whether that's a particular hotel, a specific experience, or simply a feeling you want to come home with.
Consultation
Once I've reviewed your inquiry, we'll connect for a complimentary consultation. This is where I learn about your travel style, preferences, and priorities in detail. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions and understand exactly how I work before we move forward together.
Move Forward
Before I begin planning, we'll sign a working agreement and settle the planning fee, if applicable. This keeps everything clear and straightforward from the start — no surprises, just transparency.
Your Proposal
Based on our conversation, I'll curate a tailored proposal — thoughtfully selected hotels, experiences, and logistics that align with your vision. For full itinerary planning, you can expect a detailed proposal within one to two weeks. Hotel-only bookings are typically ready within one to three business days.
Refinement and Approval
Your feedback shapes everything. I'll review the proposal with you, adjust what needs adjusting, and refine until every element feels exactly right.
Seamless Booking
Once you've approved the itinerary, I handle all bookings on your behalf — securing your preferred rates, confirming your perks, and managing the details so you don't have to.
Travel Support
My support doesn't end at booking. I'm available throughout your travels, and I'll follow up after your return to hear how everything went. Your experience informs every recommendation I make going forward
